Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Children between 1 year to 18 years of age who are diagnosed with early stage of chronic kidney disease which includes globular and tubular diseases. Children with eGFR more than 60 ml/mt and diagnosed with the condition for at least 3 months and require long-term medication. Caregivers of children who have telephonic connectivity and able to follow the instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are already diagnosed with Neuro-cognitive impairments by a Paediatrician. Children who are already diagnosed with psychiatric illness by a child psychiatrist. Children who cannot able to do follow-up treatment for at least 6 months.
