Intervention1: A-PRF plus: Advanced platelet rich fibrin plus (APRF plus) is placed at the facial/buccal aspect inside the flap and will be sutured during the implant placement at baseline and reviewe

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects must be 18 to 65 years of age. 2. Fully healed bone sites. 3. Teeth adjacent to the selected edentulous site must be free of periodontal disease involvement. 4. Edentulous gap in any region of the mouth with minimum1mm distance range from adjacent tooth/teeth. 5. No medical contraindication for implant surgery. 6. Edentulous site of implant in any region of the mouth with less than 1.5 mm of mucosal tissue thickness. 7. Favourable occlusion relationship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor oral hygiene. 2. Symptoms or history of periodontitis or peri-implantitis treatment. 3. Smoker and alcoholic person. 4. Patients with systemic diseases. 5. Alveolar ridges with bone defects at implantation sites. 6. Subjects with acute infectious lesions in the areas intended for surgery. 7.Uncooperative patients
