Intervention1: Valgus Control Instruction Exercise Program: Participants in the experimental group will undergo a supervised Valgus Control Instruction exercise program for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per wee

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur football players with regular training of 2-3 sessions per week with presence of dynamic knee valgus (Frontal Plane Projection Angle more than 10 degrees on single leg squat)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb fracture or surgery within last 6 months, grade 3 ligament injury or knee instability. Current participation in any lower limb corrective exercise program and obese football players excluded
