Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patiens 18 years and above. 2.patient having unilateral lower limb amputation. 3.duration of amputation more than 3 months. 4.patients willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having upper limb amputation and bilateral lower limb amputation and with minor amputation like toe and tarsometatarsals. 2.patients having psychiatry illness. 3.patients with hearing,speech, visual function disorder and other associated polytrauma like TBI,SCI etc

MeasureTime frame
To find out how lower limp amputation affects quality of life physically, psychologically , emotionally and socially by using WHO-QOL BREF scoring and TAPES-R scoring.Timepoint: 3 months post amputation

MeasureTime frame
1.To find out various etiological factors among lower limb amputees. 2.To find various epidemiological & vocational among lower limb amputees. 3.To study about certification & government benefits.Timepoint: 1 hour
