Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with I II degree internal hemorrhoids of both sexes Age Range Patients aged above 20 to below 70 years both male and female Clinical Features of Arsha patients must exhibit the following symptoms Saraktamalapravritti bleeding per rectum Gudashula pain in the rectal area Gudakandu
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Other Diagnoses: Carcinoma of the rectum large intestine or anal canal Rectal prolapse Rectal polyps Fissures or fistulas in the ano Crohn s disease Pregnancy and Lactation Pregnant women and lactating mothers Severe Anemia Patients with hemoglobin levels less than 8 gdL Bleeding Disorders Patients with bleeding disorders liver cirrhosis or portal hypertension Immunocompromised Disorders Patients with conditions that compromise the immune system Specific Bleeding Disorders: Patients with conditions like hemophilia and purpura
