Intervention1: INJECTABLE-PRF: Step 1. Adequate local anaesthesia will be achieved for safe and painless surgical procedure . Step 2. Atraumatic tooth extraction preserving socket walls

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy patients 2. Grossly carious mandibular posterior teeth indicated for extraction without any periapical pathology with bone density ranging in D2-D3. 3. Adequate oral hygiene levels. 4. Patient who is willing to take part in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases that contraindicated for the surgery, immuno-compromised patients. 2. H/o of Radiotherapy, smokers, parafunctional habits, tobacco consumers. 3. Pregnant or lactating females. 4. Patient diagnosed with Stage I-IV Grade A-C periodontitis.(2018 classification) 5. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
