Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women undergoing cesarean section under spinal/epidural anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women less than 18 yrs or more than 40 yrs of age Women undergoing cesarean section under general anaesthesia Women who did not give consent

To evaluate whether use of abdominal binders after cesarean delivery reduces post operative pain in women undergoing the procedureTimepoint: at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours post cesarean delivery

MeasureTime frame
To determine effect of abdominal binders on post operative emotional distress(symptom distress scale) -To asses other post operative outcomes including need of additional analgesics, time to ambulation & return to normal activitiesTimepoint: at 24 hours, 48 hours & 72 hours post delivery
