Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly (aged 60 years and above) Both male and females Able to walk independently in community History of falls within last 2 years. Short Fall efficacy scale score showing moderate concern (9-13 score)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects taking any medications known to affect balance or orientation. Subjects with a history of other Neurological conditions that may alter cognition (ex dementia ,parkinsons, stroke,Brain injury ,etc) Subjects with a history of Musculoskeletal conditions that may bring movement restriction (ex-fractures, Sprains, Tendinitis,etc) Subjects with severe Neuropsychiatric illness such as mood disorders i.e; depression,anxiety,bipolar disease,etc. Non cooperative subjects. Subjects with visual or auditory impairments. Subjects with assistive devices or lower limb prosthesis. Subjects with severe or recent Cardiopulmonary conditions (ex-Recent Myocardial Infarction, Uncontrolled Hypertension, COPD, Interstitial Lung diseases ,etc)
