Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To compare the efficacy of levosalbutamol with salbutamol by calculating Modified Pulmonary Index Score (mPIS) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) after nebulization using either drug. Timepoint: Outcome like Modified Pulmonary Index Score (mPIS) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) will be assessed after nebulization using either drug. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To compare the adverse effects of levosalbutamol & salbutamol by a. Estimation of serum potassium levels b. Clinical parameters like Spo2 & HR at baseline & 1 hour post-nebulization. Timepoint: Outcome like potassium levels HR Spo2 will be seen at Baseline followed by 1 hour post nebulization | — |
