Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate athletes actively participating in professional or semi-professional sports teams. Aged between 18 30 years. Willing to provide informed consent. Enrolled in an academic program alongside athletic commitment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current diagnosis of major psychiatric disorder. Use of medications affecting cognitive or emotional state. Concussion or head trauma within the past 12 months. Not actively participating in competitive sports. Inability to comprehend or complete study questionnaires.
