Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-55 years Both genders Stable patients (not in exacerbation in last one month) Diagnosed case of (mild-moderate) asthma patients Able to perform outcomes Consenting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other ailments which can hamper with yoga protocol such as musculoskeletal disorder, cervical pain, back pain, arthritis, any other major disease, pregnant and lactating mothers. Associated chronic respiratory diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis and autoimmune lung diseases. Patients of asthma in exacerbation Patients not having android-based smartphone device Not consenting
