Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 60 years Biopsy proven cancer patients receiving immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy ECOG performance status 0-2 Willingness to provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 60 Inability to complete CGA and G8 Screening
