Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above and actively engaged in farming or farm-related labor will be included. Both male and females who is a permanent resident of the selected study clusters (villages) in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Temporary or seasonal migrants in the study clusters and those who lack the capacity to provide informed consent or follow the intervention procedures due to severe cognitive or neurological conditions will be excluded
