Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient clinically diagnosed with Dushta vrana Wound with maximum surface area 5cm by 5cm with depth not more than 1cm Age 20 to 70 yrs irrespective of Caste Gender Religion and economic class Patients who are willing to participate and give informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Case of HIV HCV HbsAg positive Known Case of Diabetes and any systemic disease Known Case of Lepromatous ulcers Malignant ulcers Tubercular ulcers Varicose ulcers and Arterial ulcers Animal bite Pregnant and lactating mothers

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external application of Abhyadhi Lepa in the management of Dushta Vrana by assessing the improvement in sign and symptoms of dushta vrana,reduction in wound severity score, including parameters such as pain, discharge, size of wound, slough, and granulation tissue over a defined treatment periodTimepoint: 15days	—

To assess improvement by using standardized assessment criteria based on signs and symptoms of Dushta vrana To monitor changes in subjective criteria like pain burning sensation itching during treatment To compare the effect of Abhayadi lepa with standard treatment povidone iodine and Hydrogen peroxide To evaluate the reduction in wound size and discharge within 15 days To evaluate the rate of granulation tissue formation epithelialization over 15 daysTimepoint: 15days	—
