Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with knee pain 2 Individuals, both males and females, aged 40-60 years 3 Those diagnosed with K/L grades 2-3 radiographically, in medial compartment of one knee by an orthopaedician. 4 pain of at least 40 mm as measured on the 100-mm VAS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of trauma History of knee surgery History of corticosteroid injection in the last 6 months Oral corticosteroid use within the past 4 weeks Presence of any deformity at knee- valgus, varus, extension lag etc. any other major joint pain (e.g., back, hip, or ankle) that could limit functional ability severe medical or nervous conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular accident, lumber disc herniation, and rheumatoid arthritis) assistance required to walk on level ground or up and down stairs BMI greater than 36
