Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 20 to 65 years will be included in the study Including abdominal, urological and orthopaedic surgeries Elective spinal cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Long-term Diabetes patients (greater than10 years) Severe neurological diseases (Autonomic failure, Multiple system atrophy) Severe cardiovascular diseases (Aortic stenosis, Heart failure)

MeasureTime frame
This study compares the incidence of spinal anaesthesia induced hypotension among the three groups, based on the duration of antihypertensive therapy The study will evaluate the incidence of bradycardia and the treatment administered, including the types of drugs used Assess the severity of hypotension in each group and compare the vasopressor requirements and the volume of intravenous fluids used. The study will evaluate the effect of diabetes as a coexisting condition on the occurrence of hypotension.Timepoint: Recording baseline blood pressure and document the type and duration of antihypertensive therapy. After giving Spinal anaesthesia, monitoring blood pressure every 3 minutes for the first 30 minutes and every 5 minutes for the rest 1hour minutes to detect hypotension.

To evaluate the influence of diabetes as a coexisting disease on the occurrence of hypotension.Timepoint: Recording baseline blood pressure and document the type and duration of antihypertensive therapy.
