Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of Forward Head Posture craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree Medically stable and physically able to perform walking and breathing tests. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent. Individuals with no prior structured cervical or breathing training in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiopulmonary disease (e.g., asthma, COPD, heart disease). Recent respiratory infection (within last 2 weeks). Any neurological or orthopedic disorder affecting neck posture, breathing, or walking. Prior cervical spine injury/surgery or severe neck pain. Current smokers or regular tobacco users. Obese students Students unable to understand or follow instructions.
