Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 75 years with known Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Presence of chronic non-healing diabetic ulcer greater than 4 weeks duration. Ulcer size between 1 cm square and 10 cm square. Patients willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active infection like osteomyelitis or systemic sepsis. Malignant transformation of ulcer. Severe anemia Hb less than 8 gram per dL. Platelet count less than 100000 per L. Use of immunosuppressive drugs. Known allergy to PRP components. Seropositive patients.
