Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above, both men and women. Clinically diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) for at least one year Ability to walk independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, gestational diabetes, or secondary forms of diabetes Non-ambulatory participants or those with severe mobility limitations (e.g., recent stroke with residual hemiplegia, severe osteoarthritis preventing independent walking) History of severe cardiovascular disease limiting exercise tolerance (e.g., unstable angina, myocardial infarction within the past 3 months) Participants with chronic kidney disease requiring hemodialysis Presence of active diabetic foot ulcer Individuals with severe peripheral neuropathy Participants with severe chronic respiratory diseases Pregnant women Individuals with cognitive impairment or significant psychiatric disorders affecting participation or consent
