Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of ASA status I and II. 2. Patient age between 18 and 75 years of age 3. Patients who gave consent for the study 4. Patients undergoing elective unilateral knee surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PATIENT WITH HISTORY OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEAS 2. ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHESIA 3. INFECTION AT BLOCK SITE 4.COAGULOPATHY OR ANTICOAGULANT THERAPY 5. PATIENT ONANTI PSYCHOTIC MEDICATION
