Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals willing to participate and provide written informed consent. Participants diagnosed with Anxiety and/or Depression based on standard clinical criteria. Individuals scoring within mild to severe range on psychometric scales: GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale) PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire for Depression) Participants who are able to understand and respond to questionnaires (Hindi/English or local language). Individuals exhibiting features of Manasika Dosha Vikriti (Rajas and/or Tamas predominance) as assessed by a validated Ayurvedic assessment tool. Participants who are not currently involved in any other clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar mania etc). Substance abuse or dependence. Organic brain disease or severe neurological illness
