Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 70 years Subacute stroke hemodynamically stable 7th day after stroke Both male and female stroke subjects included Mini Mental State Examination score21 Ischemic stroke subjects documented clinically and by neuroimaging Fugleyer stroke assessment test for upper limb 35 National Institute of Health Stroke Scale between minor and moderate 4 and 15 Conscious and responding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of epilepsy neurosurgery or other neurological disorders Orthopaedic disorders that could influence upper extremity function Metallic implants in cranial region cardiac pacemakers or artificial cochlear implants Severe cognitive impairments Visual impairments affecting task performance Hemorrhagic stroke Patients taking psychotropic drugs

Diffusion tensor imaging DTI and Wolf motor function testTimepoint: DTI based on MCID values and wolf motor function test 120 sec for each task are taken at baseline and after 4weeks of intervention
