Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female patients, aged between 18 and 50 years Mandibular molar with necrotic pulp. Respond negatively to vitality test. Radiograph shows no periapical radiolucency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Analgesics taken 12 h before treatment, Severely curved root canal, Acute periapical or periodontal abscess, Badly decayed crowns, Pregnant and lactating, Allergies to materials/medications used
