Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Imaging modulation device evidence of stone (up to 12 mm) in Kidney, Ureter and Urinary Bladder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stone size more than 12 mm. Gross Hydronephrosis. Uncontrolled Diabetic Mellitus and Hypertensionand any other systemic disease. Impaired Renal Function. Poorly Functioning Kidney. Patients with obstruction in urinary passage. Patients undergoing treatment for any other serious illness Any other complication of calculus.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in size of urinary calculi (Mutrashmari) assessed by USG (Ultrasonography) before and after treatment.Timepoint: 3 Months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in clinical symptoms such as pain (Mutrashoola) assessed by VAS, burning micturition (Daha), dysuria (Mutrakrichra), frequency of micturition and hematuria, along with changes in urine analysis parameters (RBC, pus cells, crystals, pH) and time taken for expulsion of urinary calculi.Timepoint: 90 Days
