Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 13-55 yrs Patients with complaints of heavy menstrual bleeding interfering with their daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post menopausal bleeding Pregnancy Thyroid dysfunction Congenital and anatomical defects Other diseases known to interfere with menstrual bleeding such as leiomyomas greater than 3 cm polyp ovarian tumor CA of genital organs Patients suffering from chronic systemic diseases Patient having severe anemia Patient having history of previous thromboembolic disorders
