Intervention1: Plyometric Training: Plyometric Training Group will receive the following exercises 3 days a week for 6-weeks: Squat jump, Box jump, Line jump, Barrier jump, Single leg hops, Lunge jump

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes aged 10-30 years Male athletes actively participated in any sports for atleast 6 months No current lower limb injury Willing to participate in the study and provide a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent musculoskeletal injury Neurological, Cardiovascular, or Vestibular disorders Contraindication to any high-intensity training programs
