Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender, both male and female 2. Age group between 20 to 60 years. 3. Clinically diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome. 4. Positive Phalens test and tinels test. 5. Mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 6. Patient with unilateral or bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have previously undergone carpal tunnel syndrome surgery. 2. Patients who have received corticosteroid injections for CTS. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Presence of other neuromuscular diseases. 5. Presence of systematic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, and thyroid disorders. 6. History of neck, shoulder, and upper extremity trauma.
