Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 25-60 years. Stage II, III Periodontitis patients requiring open flap debridement. Systemically healthy individuals. Willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Known allergy to silver Nano-gel. Usage of systemic antibiotics in the last 3 months. Non-surgical or surgical periodontal treatment in the past 6 months. Usage of tobacco in any form.
