Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included irrespective of sex, religion, economical status, education, occupation, etc. Patients with classical symptoms of Sandhigata vata according to Ayurvedic texts will be selected. Age between 40 to 70 years will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Avarodhatmak diseases like Amavata, Vatarakta, Kroshtukashirsha will be excluded Patients with systemic pathogenesis and conditions like AIDS, Tuberculosis, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Uncontrolled Hypertension will be excluded Patients with Secondary Osteoarthritis diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, malignancy and trauma will be excluded Patients who are receiving concurrent use of other specific Ayurvedic or allopathic treatments for OA Patients having active skin infections at the application site. Patients showing any hypersensitive or allergic reaction to Patch Test of Lepa
