Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals practicing resistance training at least 3 times a week for last 6 months or more for at least 60 minutes per day or more. Individuals of age group 18 to 30 year irrespective of their gender, caste, marital status and economic status. BMI between 25 to 29.9 kg m2. Individuals with Mild to Moderate soreness i.e. Likert Score between 1 to 4 and SF Mc Gill Questionnaire between 1 to 30. Individuals willing for Yoga Protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practicing Yoga or any regular structured flexibility or mind body recovery protocol. Individuals with any systemic disorders. Any history of anabolic steroids or current use of performance enhancing drugs or medications affecting muscle soreness. Pregnant ladies. Any condition contraindicated for exercise/ Yoga by a healthcare provider.
