Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of any socioeconomic status. Presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Shitapitta as described in ayurvedic samhitas. Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent. Not on any other concurrent treatment for Shitapitta or Urticaria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Urticarial vasculitis TB, HIV/AIDS ,Hepatitis Carcinoma or undergoing chemotherapy Other skin conditions like psoriasis eczema or fungal infections Pregnant or lactating women Known hypersensitivity to trial drugs Patients taking antihistamines or steroids or other medication for urticaria or other skin conditions.
