Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Female participant aged between 18 and 25 years. 2 Using high heels regularly for more than 8 hours and height of footwear more than 5 cm. 3 Individuals who regularly wear high-heeled footwear (less than equal to 3 days per week). 4. Heel height of less than equal to 5 cm. 5. Participants wearing high heels for at least 6 months. 6. Willingness to participate in the study. 7. Ability to understand and respond to the questionnaire. 8. Apparently healthy individuals without acute illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine injury or surgery. 2. Known neurological disorders affecting posture or muscle tone. 3. Existing diagnosed musculoskeletal disorders of the neck or spine. 4. History of trauma to the spine within the past 6 months. 5. Pregnant women. 6. History of ankle dislocation. 7. Foot surgery.
