Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of this study is to evaluate changes in left ventricular structure and function in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism before and after parathyroidectomy, as assessed by 3D echocardiography. Key parameters will include left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular mass, ventricular volumes, and indices of systolic and diastolic function.Timepoint: The primary outcome of this study is to evaluate changes in left ventricular structure and function in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism before parathyroidectomy at 1 week and after parathyroidectomy at 12 weeks , as assessed by 3D echocardiography
