Intervention1: Group 1 : Resin Based Desensitizer Group 2 : CPP-ACP Fluoride Varnish: In the above mentioned groups the following parameters are assessed: 1) SCASS (Schiff Cold Air Sensitivity Scale)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MIH in permanent molars. [ANNEXURE I] 2. Children aged 8-10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis 2.Uncooperative children (Frankel s definitely negative) 3.Teeth that had undergone desensitizing treatment 4.MIH Grade 0,1,2 according to MIH-TNI. 5.Children allergic to fluoride, silver, milk and milk products.
