Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject present with Myofascial and Orofacial pain. 2. Difficulty in chewing, speaking, yawning. 3. Age 25-50 years adults. 4. Both males and female. 5. Present with clicking & popping sound. 6. Articular and Muscular TMJ Dysfunction. 7. Subjects fulfilling the Diagnostic Criteria for TMD 8. Subject with Moderate & Severity of TMJ as per Helkimo Clinical Dysfunction Index. 9. Tenderness-positive (Grade 1&2) Massetar ,temoralis & Pterygoid muscle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated cognitive deficit 2. Previous or current Tumor or Trauma of head & neck region 3. Individual with TMJ or cervical region surgery in past three months 4. Active infection 5. Presence of TMJ problem related to congenital, developmental and progressive chronic disease of bone
