Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed patients of Dushivishajanya Vicharchika(eczema)showing clinical findings of vicharchika i.e kandu,pidika,strava,discoloration. 2.Patients presenting with clinical symptoms of Dushivishajanya vicharchika for duration less than 1 year(acute or newly diagnosed patients of Dushivishajanya Vicharchika) 3.Patients willing to give written informed consent. 4.Patients who are 19 to 60 years of age irrespective of gender,religion,occupation and socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating women. 2.Patients not willing to give consent. 3.Patient suffering from any other type of skin disease like herpes zoster,dadru,fungal infection. 4.Patients suffering from other systemic disease or suffering from any other chronic disease,HIV,or HbsAg positive. 5.Patients with uncontrolled DM and HTN. 6.Patients those who are taking any immunosuppresant medications or long term steroid treatment.

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the clinical symptoms of Dushivishajanya vicharchika after 30 days. The parameters of assessment will be 1.varna,vaivarnyata (Discoloration) Grade (0-3) 2.Strava (oozing,discharge) Grade (0-3) 3.Kandu(itching) Grade (0-3) 4.Rukshata(dry skin) Grade (0-3) 5.Pidika(papules) Grade (0-3) 6.Daha(burning sensation) Grade (0-3)Timepoint: Reduction in the clinical symptoms of Dushivishajanya vicharchika after 30 days. Assessment will be done on the 0,10th,20th,30th day.
