Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 45 years to 65 years diagnosed clinically and radiologically with lumbar spinal stenosis confirmed by MRI showing grade mild-moderate Presence of symptoms characteristic of neurogenic claudication such as lower limb pain numbness or weakness aggravated by walking or standing and relieved by sitting or forward flexion persisting for at least 3 months Ability and willingness to provide informed consent and participate in exercise therapy sessions regularly for the study duration
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous lumbar spine surgery within the last 6 months or planned spinal surgery during study period Significant neurological conditions affecting the lower limbs including cauda equina syndrome severe radiculopathy or peripheral neuropathy that impairs lower limb function Medical conditions contraindicating exercise participation such as unstable cardiovascular or respiratory disease severe cognitive impairment
