Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy Individuals. Age b/w 18 to 60year. Willing patient able to participate for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and Renal disease. Uncontrolled DM & HTN& Thyroid Dysfunction. Patient with poorly controlled hypertension Pregnancy or lactating women. Patient with evidence of malignancy. Symptomatic patient with clinical evidence of heart failure.
