Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A)Group A (Case)-Irrespective of gender in age group between 18-50 years. Participants Diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism and sub clinical hypothyroidism Participants who are willing to participate and given inform consent B)Group B(Control)-Healthy Participants with similar age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having secondary or central hypothyroidism. Participants having psychiatric disorder like insomnia. Participants having other endocrine disorder. Pregnent &lactating womens.
