Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age from 18-50 years Diagnosed with chronic non-specific neck pain Pain located in the neck region Between the occiput and the first thoracic vertebra May include pain radiating to the shoulders or upper back, Pain intensity between 3 to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery, trauma, fracture Presence of tumor, neuro deficits, radiculopathy, myopathy. Vestibular disorders Shoulder pathology or recent upper limb fracture Systemic musculoskeletal or rheumatic conditions.
