Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who will be cooperative, motivated and committed. 2. Patients with 20 - 60 years. 3. Patients with at least two teeth with periodontal probing depth (PD) greater than or equal to 6 mm when measured using a manual periodontal probe (UNC 15) and CAL greater than equal to 5 mm 4. Radiographic presence of at least one intra bony osseous defect having depth greater than equal to 3 mm. 5. Patients who will have full-mouth plaque score (FMPS) and full-mouth bleeding score (FMBS) less than equal to 20%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any known systemic disease/conditions and drug/ medication intake that will interfere with wound healing or minor surgical procedures. 2. Patients who will be active smokers or consuming any other form of tobacco and not willing to quit. 3. Patients allergic to any drug and/or material, used in the study. 4. Patients unable/unwilling to undergo surgical procedure and uncooperative. 5. Teeth with furcation defects, prosthesis, mobility greater than equal to Grade II. 6. Patient who has undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months.
