Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: l)Patients aged 16 years or more requiring emergent orotracheal intubation in the emergency department setting. 2)Patients having systolic blood pressure (SBP) less than 100 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) less than 60 mm Hg, or mean arterial pressure (MAP) less than 65 mm Hg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnancy 2)Vasopressor infusion at time of evaluation 3)Patients who are brought in cardiac arrest to the Emergency room 4)Who denied consent for participation in the study
