Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women and postnatal mothers availing maternity services at AIIMS, New Delhi Caregivers of children under one year age availing health care services at AIIMS New Delhi. Those who are willing to participate in the study. For patients who are illiterate or unable to read and understand Hindi or English, data will be collected through face-to-face interviews. Patients who provide informed written or verbal consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have only come for initial screening or routine check-up and have not yet initiated any costly treatment phase where JSSK utilization would be relevant. EHS beneficiaries.
