Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children aged between 10 16 years 2 Both male and female participants 3 Regular use of a backpack for school 4 Ability to stand independently and follow instructions 5 Parental consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of spinal deformities (scoliosis kyphosis lordosis) 2 Any recent injury or trauma to the neck shoulder or back (within last 6 months) 3 Presence of neurological disorders or congenital musculoskeletal abnormalities Current pain or pathology that may affect posture or movement Previous surgical interventions involving spine or shoulder
