Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critical care nursing officers (female) willing to participate & aged between 20-45 years. Participants identified with moderate to high levels of post-clinical stress based on the screening tool Available during study period & data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are on psychiatric medication. Participants who are currently undergoing any stress management therapy. Participants who are not residing in the KIMS ladies Staff Hostel will not be included in the study.
