Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 79 years. Independent walking (with or without assistive device). MoCA score greater than 24 points. No participation in balance training or any rehab program in past 3-6 months. Participants willing to participate. Mini-BEST score less than 25 points (60 69 years) or less than 23 points (70 79 years).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders affecting balance or motor control (e.g. Parkinson s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis). Uncorrected vision or hearing loss. Recent orthopaedic surgery (within the last 6 months) limiting mobility or balance. Unstable or uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, recent myocardial infarction). Active peripheral neuropathy affecting sensation (e.g., diabetic neuropathy) or presence of foot ulcers impairing balance. Participants unable to perform any exercise.
