Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above. Only one tooth per patient included. Teeth diagnosed with pulp necrosis and apical periodontitis. Mono-radicular or bi-radicular teeth. Patients without systemic diseases affecting healing. Teeth suitable for single-visit root canal treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with crack root fracture and root resorption Pregnant or Lactating women Immunocompromised Patient Teeth with periodontal probing depth more than 5mm Teeth with additional procedure such as crown lengthening
