Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with low anal fistula. Irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, economic status and education status. Patients within the age of 20-50yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary fistula due to ulcerative colitis , pulmonary Tuberculosis ,Crohn s disease Patient with recurrent fistula and multiple fistula Patient suffering from HIV, HABsG, any other immunosuppressant Disorders , uncontrolled diabeties and malignancy will be excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the add on effect of Amrutadi guggul for unit cutting time and healing time in fistula tract .Timepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To minimize discharge from fistula tract To evaluate the analgesic property of Amrutadi guggulTimepoint: 4 weeks
