Interventions

Intervention1: Spinal Anaesthesia: 1.8ml of Isobaric Bupivacaine at T11/T12 Level vs first 0.8ml bupivacaine drug will be given and after 40 seconds 1ml isobaric drug will be given at the same level C

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will include patients aged 20 to 35 years, with ASA physical status I-II, scheduled for elective caesarean section procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include ASA III to V, BMI more than 30, contraindications to regional anesthesia (e.g., local infection, coagulopathy), allergy to study drugs, and spinal abnormalities (e.g., kyphosis, scoliosis) ,patient refusal for regional anesthesia.
