Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 50 to 80 years. 2. Primary knee osteoarthritis with CPAK Type I on preoperative assessment (classified per CPAK algorithm). 3.Patients Diagnosed with osteoarthritis of knee requiring TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Inflammatory arthritis (like RA), septic arthritis history. 2) Previous ipsilateral major knee surgery (osteotomy). 3) Severe fixed deformity ( greater than 15 degree varus or valgus) or ligamentous instability requiring constrained implants. 4) Neuromuscular disease affecting gait. 5)Previous fractures in ipsilateral and contralateral limbs
